Madadgar - 15
Few years ago Landhi industrial Area’s biggest problem was the law and order situation. The snatching of cash and valuables from the workers and staff of the factories, whether it is day or night. Such activities increase during salary/wages payment period. Many of the workers and staff of all industries of the area met with such accidents and some of them have lost their life.
The Members of the Landhi Association of Trade and Industries realized the seriousness and approached the concerned authority (City District Government, Town police officer and DIG East) to convince them to setup “15 Madadgar” Police checkpost in the area to eliminate these kinds of accidents.
With the grace of Allah the authorities were convinced and they agreed to setup the check posts in some key locations of the area. We are very thankful to M/s Nagaria Textile Mills for providing the space for the 15 Madadgar Headquarter in the area. We are also grateful to Gul Ahmed Textile Mills and Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics for providing space for the 15 Madadgar Check posts. We are also thankful to Gul Ahmed, Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics, Al-Karam Textiles, Amna Industries and Orient Textile for providing funds to run these 15 Madadgar Checkposts.
